About Us

American Net Lease is a boutique buy-side advisory firm focused exclusively on helping private investors and 1031 exchangers acquire single-tenant net lease properties.

For more than a decade, we’ve guided clients through hundreds of net lease transactions—reviewing leases, stress-testing tenants and locations, and coordinating due diligence from contract to closing. Our clients include business owners, landlords, physicians, engineers, retirees, and family offices who typically buy one to five properties in their lifetime and want a trusted guide at every step.

What makes us different is that we sit squarely on the buyer’s side. We don’t push listings; we curate opportunities that fit your risk profile, timeline, and tax situation, then walk you through the details in plain English so you can make confident, long-term decisions.

Client-Centric Approach

We represent private investors only—protecting your downside, simplifying decisions, and staying with you long after closing.

Our Story

American Net Lease grew out of my own journey as an investor. I started in small residential and multifamily properties—fielding late-night phone calls, managing repairs, and feeling the constant pull on my time. Everything changed when I was introduced to essential single-tenant net lease properties and saw how they could provide truly passive, bond-like income backed by strong corporate tenants.

What began as a personal shift in strategy became a mission. Since 2012, we’ve helped private investors, 1031 exchangers, and long-time landlords sell out of management-heavy assets and reinvest into carefully vetted net lease properties across the country. Today, American Net Lease exists for one purpose: to give everyday high-net-worth investors the same level of buy-side guidance and due diligence that institutional players expect—without the complexity, pressure, or sales pitch.
